Online Purchases - All Numeris Products
We offer a 14-day return window (from the delivery date) for eligible products (non-eligible items are listed below). Refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.
Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your returned items.
Where a card has been replaced or cancelled: It is the responsibility of your bank to ensure the funds are credited to your account.
Please note: Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
SALE items are not eligible for a refund. They can only be exchanged for a different size. If a sale item is returned requesting a refund, you will be contacted and offered a size exchange or the item will be sent back to you, and this may cause delays.

You will need to provide your order number and either your post code or email address to proceed to arrange your exchange or refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and any associated customs, taxes and duties. You will be liable for that item until it reaches our warehouse.
Customers in the UK, most EU countries, and the USA can generate and pay for return labels directly through our return portal.
Temporary Note: The return portal is not yet active for USA carriers. We are working on adding this functionality soon.
Customers in Switzerland, Norway, Greece, and all other non-portal-supported countries must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping independently.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty, please contact customer service to see if you are eligible for a free return.
